The MAD1300 TOUCH is an automatic pneumatic injector with an integrated oven, ensuring maximum efficiency, consistency, and power when injecting prostheses. Compact and intuitive, it represents the 6th generation of Deflex injectors, optimizing time and quality.
FEATURES OF DEFLEX INJECTION EQUIPMENT
Pneumatic System with integrated oven
Unlike manual injectors, the injection force and speed are always constant and do not depend on the operator handling the equipment. This ensures consistent quality in each injected prosthesis.
The furnace is integrated into the pneumatic cylinder, eliminating the need to move the cartridge. This saves time and avoids potential injection problems that may arise during cartridge transfer.
Fully automatic*
Insert the muffle and cartridge, select the desired parameters, and activate the automatic cycle. Once the cycle is complete, the muffle will be injected and ready for a new injection.
* The MAD1300 model has 7 pre-configured programs and 7 free programs. Select the program corresponding to the material to be injected or define custom programs.
Compact, easy to install and use

The muffle adjustment system works with a single movement and a folding lever, saving operating time.
Powerful
The pneumatic cylinder was developed with a larger diameter than the conventional one, generating a compression force of 862 kg (6.5 kg/cm² or 1900 lb at 92.5 PSI) — making it the most powerful on the market.
This is not a minor technical detail: the greater the compaction force, the better the quality of the injection, resulting in molecularly more compact materials, which facilitates the retouching and final shine of the prosthesis.
Preheating of the muffle during the injection cycle
There is no need to preheat the muffle furnace in a separate oven. The muffle furnace is positioned over the oven at the beginning of the heating cycle and reaches the appropriate temperature to avoid thermal shock with the injected material.
