Basis ELAST YAMAHACHI
Injectable Thermoplastic Resin for Denture Base - New Rigid Type of NYLON
Nylon material with moderate elasticity, ideal for non-metallic staples
Advantages
Durability
• Excellent Color Stability
• High Stain Resistance
• High Dimensional Stability
Ease of Use
• Easy to Finish and Polish
• Excellent Fit
• Minimum Shrinkage
Properties
• Flexibility with Dynamic Resistance
• High Impact Resistance
• Low Water Absorption
Technical Description
Basis ELAST offers a balance between the strength of polycarbonate and soft nylon. This characteristic provides a physical advantage in terms of dimensional stability and high dynamic flexibility. Basis ELAST's hardness is similar to that of polycarbonate and soft nylon, resulting in excellent impact resistance. Its hardness is also greater than that of soft nylon—a physical advantage that facilitates polishing.
The stain resistance of Basis ELAST is significantly superior to that of soft nylon.
This ensures excellent chemical resistance and color stability.
