Bloomden® 3D Pro ML zirconia offers 49% translucency in the incisal area and 42% in the cervical area, ensuring an appearance similar to natural enamel. The incisal effect ensures translucency, while the lower translucency in the cervical area allows for a natural shading effect. After sintering, the restoration has a realistic color, natural appearance, and is compatible with the VITA® shade guide.
Thermal Properties
Translucency is essential to reproducing the natural appearance of a tooth. This property allows for the controlled passage of light, providing a balance between transparency and opacity. 3D Pro ML zirconia regulates light absorption, reflection, and transmission to achieve a superior natural appearance. The lower the reluctance and the higher the transmission, the greater the translucency.
High Mechanical Resistance
The flexural strength of Bloomden® 3D Pro ML naturally ranges between 800 MPa and 1200 MPa, meeting the strength requirements for various clinical indications.
Superior Resistance to Aging
The microstructure and chemical formula of Bloomden® 3D Pro ML resists the cubic to monoclinic phase transition, increasing durability against hydrolytic aging.
Rapid Sintering in the Office
The Bloomden® rapid sintering cycle is a highlight of the 3D Pro ML, achieving strength, translucency, and aging resistance in just 63 minutes. Ideal for direct in-furnace sintering.
Low Wear Rate
3D Pro ML zirconia exhibits less wear than natural enamel, maintaining its natural shape and surface for longer. Studies show that aged and polished zirconia exhibits similar roughness and wear to natural enamel.
