What is NS?
After extensive research to find the most suitable material between conventional acrylic and composite teeth, considering performance, quality and market competitiveness, NS hard acrylic teeth were developed.

Nano Silica Technology
NS teeth incorporate very small nanosilica particles that make the polymer structure more compact and resistant. These particles improve the bonding between polymer chains, making the material harder and more abrasion-resistant. With a hardness of approximately HV = 25, NS teeth are 60% more wear-resistant than conventional acrylic teeth. The incorporation of nanosilica results in teeth with greater wear resistance and less propensity to staining, overcoming the limitations of traditional acrylic materials.

PX-compatible forms
Meeting the growing demand for more cost-effective PX teeth, NS tooth shapes were developed in the same formats as PX and are available in all shades of the VITA scale.

CROWN NS ANTERIOR

3 Layers

The three-layer acrylic structure accurately mimics the configuration of dentin and enamel, while aesthetics are enhanced by the realistic effect of dentin mamelons.

The feel of a natural tooth is faithfully reproduced. The lingual and buccal surfaces of natural teeth are replicated to preserve the tongue's characteristic tactile sensation and to functionally adopt the mouth's intrinsic contour.

• 24 upper molds / 8 lower molds

EFFUCERA NS POSTERIOR

3 Layers

Efucera NS, have a cusp angle of 20°, providing an efficient and natural occlusion.

• 5 top/bottom sizes each

Yamahachi teeth are available in Exocad.
