PX - Composite Teeth

What is PX?

The PX line of teeth features an advanced three-layer construction that seamlessly combines aesthetics and functionality. The outer layer, made of high-quality composite resin , provides a natural shine and high wear resistance. The inner layer, made of acrylic , ensures a precise fit with the prosthetic base. The end result is a long-lasting, aesthetically appealing, and comfortable solution for the patient.

With a Vickers hardness (Hv) of 45, PX teeth are more wear-resistant than conventional acrylic teeth, resulting in better clinical performance, greater wear resistance, and much longer denture longevity. PX is the hardest composite resin tooth in the world!

Innovative technology
After testing different stain-repellent agents, the PX formulation was enhanced with a special fluoride monomer, which demonstrated exceptional results. This monomer forms a stain-repellent surface.

CROWN PX PREVIOUS

With a realistic appearance and exceptional mimicry of dental mamelons, CROWN PX are a 3D digital reproduction of natural anterior teeth. They are characterized by robust models with additional labiolingual width and a prominent tubercular protuberance , which allows room for easy adjustments and a firm fixation to the denture base.

EFFUCERA PX POSTERIOR

Fully Balanced Form
The occlusal cusps were positioned eccentrically to achieve complete occlusal balance. The contact points on the occlusal surface are designed to provide greater stability to the denture and allow lateral movement during mastication.

Positioning Line
An imaginary positioning line is reserved so the technician can arrange the denture according to the patient's specific needs. Therefore, this design is especially applicable to partial dentures that require a unique arrangement in relation to the adjacent natural teeth.

Caution: PX teeth should not be placed in alkaline solutions (pH 10 or higher). Acrylic resin teeth may discolor or disintegrate when exposed to such materials.
